Administrative case No. 420/8437/24 on the claim of a company against the State Tax Service of Ukraine for recognition as unlawful, cancellation of the decision and obligation to register tax invoices in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices.
The result was the satisfaction of the claims in the court of first instance and the court of appeal, and the recovery of attorney's fees and court costs from the tax service.
