Family case No. 367/8655/23 on the claim of a man against a woman for the division of marital property and recognition of his ownership of ½ of the property.
We represented the defendant, whose task was to prevent the recognition of ½ of the property as her husband's and to recognise her right to personal private property.
The case was complicated by the fact that the spouses acquired property during their marriage and the defendant had no evidence of having purchased the property at her own expense.
At the same time, the case resulted in a settlement agreement between the former spouses and the recognition of the woman's right to personal private property.
The plaintiff withdrew his claim.
