The services can be purchased separately or as a subscription.

Prices for subscription services are set depending on the country of registration and range from €425 to €4,450 per month for full business support, depending on the type of support and services required.

Frequently asked questions

Do I always need to be in an EU country to set up a business?

No, many processes can be done online. You only need to get a special digital key to sign documents and your business can be managed online. Physical presence is only required in the beginning for a few actions.

If a company is registered in the EU but does not yet conduct financial activities, do I need to pay anything to the tax authorities or pay for services?

If the company is not in operation, you still need to keep accounting records and submit blank reports to the tax authorities, especially if you plan to keep the company operating in the future. This creates a positive business rating for the company. You do not pay taxes, only for the support of an accountant who submits only reports. On average, the price of services per month costs from 120 to 250 euros (if you have employees or a multi-structured company).

How long does it take to register a ready-made company with an address and VAT status?

Up to 3 weeks. It all depends on how urgent you need it. We can arrange everything in 4 days, but this requires the client's physical presence and involvement in the process. Many of our clients travel for work, so it usually takes us up to 3 weeks to complete the process.

Can I buy one service and a consultation on further actions?

Of course, if you only need to register a company and get detailed advice on what to do next, we will write everything down in a written consultation, which you can use as a guide.

If I don't speak the language, can you help me with an interpreter?

Yes, we have lawyers in each country who speak Ukrainian, English and the local language. So there's no need to worry and look for an additional translator.
